At long last, I have found what it is that I found so disquieting about the text on my website. The lines were too close together. Fixed!
When reading the title to this post (I know, it's too late now.), please imagine the senseless cackle of an eccentric anime villainess. While the space between the upper and lower lip should fluctuate actively, they should remain unfastened until the cackle has come to a full and complete stop.
