Malaise
June 24th, 2004
I'm not all that pessimistic of a person, so, despite having little to say, I have decided to make a post in order to move my "getting fired" post down a bit. I'm sick of seeing it as the first thing on the site. Too much negativity.
There really isn't much going on though. Mindy's still in Rome, having way more fun than me. School starts next week, which should be kinda fun. No job, because everyone hates me. The dog is barking. I wish it would shut up.
Fortunately, I've been doing little things here and there to keep myself alive. I picked up my trombone for the first time in quite a while. That was something of a surprise to me. I'm keeping the place clean, which is also something of a surprise to me. I've been out getting a little exercise and keeping Mindy's plants from being too dead. Good.
Camden showed me a flash game that is actually pretty fun, so that's what I do when I know I want to be on the computer, but don't know what to do with it. The game is called Seconds Of Madness. A couple of notes on the game:
- It's easiest just to duck most of the time.
- If you open a bunch of programs and make them do stuff, the game goes really slow and it's easy to last a long time.
- The game records the framerate.
- It's possible to get those hearts, but you can't be ducking.
